Concrete was raised up 4” adjust move to fixtures to try to seal but top section hitting cable drums Set top fixtures so it don’t hit drums but not a good seal and header now covers some of the widow frame Only other solution is to order a section 3” less on the height Move deadbolt up 4” reset limits door is working properly now except for gap at top and window frame been partially covered
Both cables off drums door in open position Lower door to floor reset cables set spring tension adjusted track Track splice found some plastic wrapped up in one of the cable drums is what more than likely caused the cable issue Reset opener limits lube warranty service
