Called yesterday morning because my garage door wouldn’t close, they offered me a tech with the next couple of hours but I had to go to work, so the gentleman on the phone told me how to close my door manually & set me up with an appointment first thing this morning. Jose called me about 10 mins before his arrival, which was right on time! He diagnosed the problem & told me what he needed to do to correct the issue.
