Previous service crew(young guys) didn't get the job done and clearly didn't have any answers. Martin Doors sent out their veteran, Robbie, and he crushed it. Great guy! Easy to talk to. Thoroughly explained the situation, and fixed the problem. I highly recommend him and will ask for him in the future.

The team arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a fair quote for replacement of the broken unit. They also checked and tightened and lubricated the garage door belts. They did a great job, were friendly, and I will definitely use them again

It was good. Very fast and efficient. They replaced the springs and bearings. Cost $570 They showed up in 2 hours. My garage door is now much more quiet.
