I recently had garage door springs installed at my primary residence; however, I was so impressed I contracted with them again to install new springs and a new garage door opener for my rental. Martin Garage Doors of Nevada is an AWESOME company! I researched extensively utilizing quotes from numerous companies to install new garage springs. It was incredible how the quotes were so inflated along with recommendations for repairs that were not needed. I ultimately contracted with Martin Garage Doors and it is one of the BEST decisions I've made regarding my home. Unlike many others, Martin Garage Doors explained the cycle life of the springs which I was very pleased and even better they have a lifetime warranty! Most importantly, they beat everyone else's quote, have an outstanding status on BBB and the Nevada Contractors Board. Our technician Robbie was very courteous and professional at all times. First, Robbie assessed the entire garage and made recommendations regarding the install and clarified areas in which other companies stated there was an issue and really wasn't. In fact, he provided demonstrations of the various garage parts and their functionality so I had a clear understanding of how various parts were working properly or not. Robbie provided excellent quality workmanship and most importantly established a honest hands-on service to customer relationship. Also, he was very conscientious regarding cleaning his work area after completion ensuring he left it as he found it, if not better! Robbie was an outstanding technician and replaced the broken springs quickly. He also reset the travel for my opener to make sure that it was functioning properly. Thanks to the office staff as well for getting this resolved in the same day as the order. I’ll make sure to recommend Martin Doors to all my friends and family.

Jose was fast & efficient . I had Martin Door coming out to give me Quote on replacing my door, I was told yesterday by another company that it needed to be replaced for$7400 I thought that sounded high. I Called Martin Door and they were able to give an apple to apple quote over the phone of $3500. We set up an appointment for today to confirm the quote. Jose came out and confirmed the amount was correct. Then he said “I can fix this” we talked about it decided to do go ahead and do that. Works great! Thanks Martin door &Jose

Brandon was straight forward, answered all my questions, and gave great advice throughout the process. There were no gimmicks. I felt like I was treated fairly and had a good understanding of what I wanted. This was also a great way to compare products, and pricing before having someone came out. I felt prepared to talk through the process when it was time to make a decision. Jose, the technician who performed the install, was professional and answered all my questions along the way.
