I have had many men come to my house to do repairs and installs in the last 19 years and I truly have to say Robbie was the most detailed in his insulation I have ever watched. I watch all my repairs being done and no clean up after him and detailed work that every one should get. So ask for Robbie you will not be disappointed. Plus the unit I purchased was from Germany. Pay a little more and see what you get. I was expecting the same noise from my old garage door opener from Home Depot and let me tell you when it was installed and I heard it oh thats right you don’t hear anything. It also hits a certain spot and slows down the door to close slow and silently. I was not expecting that quality for sure and knew I purchased a quality product. Definitely top of the line unit and will last forever. I have never left a comment before but as a single woman I would say pay a little more and you will not regret this one. Plus they have the best warranty on all their products. They installed my garage door also and in 19 years had to replace one little roller. That’s a quality product and company. Can’t go wrong. Thanks Robbie for not making me regret the decision I made.

Robbie provided outstanding service for our garage door! Corrected all the issues and even helped us set up the MyQ app on our opener and our phones!! Worked tirelessly to insure our opener was working like new and answered all our questions about the app! Truly appreciate Robbie and would recommend him highly! 🙂
