My very heavy custom garage door malfunctioned on St. Paddy's Day, but the luck of the Irish had me call Martin Garage Door for the repair. While there was a special charge for emergency work that I requested, I agreed to the charge and Cisco showed up at my home twenty minutes after I called. My twenty-year old springs had finally called it quits, but Cisco had me up and running within an hour. I glued his company sticker to my garage door to make certain I use Martin again in the future when I require a repair or replacement of a garage door.

Cisco did a great job getting the garage door open and gave great options to fix the problem, I was very happy with the service. The cost was a little high, I think the service charge should only be charged if get a diagnosis but don't get it fixed by Martin garage doors. If i go with the repair options the service charge should included.
