Excellent service, great person!

Prompt response to my call, visit booked for next day. Technician arrived on time, took care of the problem and left area tidy. Repair was covered under Martin Garage Door warranty.

Robbie was very respectful and honest with us. He did not try to sell us any services we did not require. He completed the service in a very reasonable amount of time and did not leave any kind of mess for us to deal with. He was a good representative for this company.

I have had many men come to my house to do repairs and installs in the last 19 years and I truly have to say Robbie was the most detailed in his insulation I have ever watched. I watch all my repairs being done and no clean up after him and detailed work that every one should get. So ask for Robbie you will not be disappointed. Plus the unit I purchased was from Germany. Pay a little more and see what you get. I was expecting the same noise from my old garage door opener from Home Depot and let me tell you when it was installed and I heard it oh thats right you don’t hear anything. It also hits a certain spot and slows down the door to close slow and silently. I was not expecting that quality for sure and knew I purchased a quality product. Definitely top of the line unit and will last forever. I have never left a comment before but as a single woman I would say pay a little more and you will not regret this one. Plus they have the best warranty on all their products. They installed my garage door also and in 19 years had to replace one little roller. That’s a quality product and company. Can’t go wrong. Thanks Robbie for not making me regret the decision I made.

Robbie was great. He called prior to let me know that he was on his way, and got here even before the time he told me. We went over everything, he did his maintenance, and explained everything he did in detail. As always, very happy with Martin Garage Doors

Robbie provided outstanding service for our garage door! Corrected all the issues and even helped us set up the MyQ app on our opener and our phones!! Worked tirelessly to insure our opener was working like new and answered all our questions about the app! Truly appreciate Robbie and would recommend him highly! 🙂

Brandon was straight forward, answered all my questions, and gave great advice throughout the process. There were no gimmicks. I felt like I was treated fairly and had a good understanding of what I wanted. This was also a great way to compare products, and pricing before having someone came out. I felt prepared to talk through the process when it was time to make a decision. Jose, the technician who performed the install, was professional and answered all my questions along the way.
