I am extremely grateful to the entire team at Martin Garage for their work ethic, professionalism and honesty. Yesterday I went to their office /showroom looking for a piece I needed in order to fix my garage door opener. My garage door system broke thanks to the crappy job Precision Overhead Door of Las Vegas did when they installed a new set of Springs they installed. Precision placed a small size of springs and was causing stress on the garage door opener system . When I called Precision because the door was off track and therefore wouldn’t close. They wouldn’t honor their work because it had just past their 30 day warranty. Martin Garage didn’t hesitate to help me when I had explained what had happened with Precision. They offered to send one of their best technicians (Jose). He called me first thing in the morning and was here within 20 minutes. Jose was professional and very knowledgeable at his job. Replace broken chain rail, that broke due to springs binding. The team from Martin Garage made sure to keep their prices low. They charged me less than half of what Precision wanted to charge me. Thank you to everyone at Martin Garage for all your help and for sending your technician, Jose was amazing and works very fast.

Brandon was straight forward, answered all my questions, and gave great advice throughout the process. There were no gimmicks.
